Shipping policy

Grantham places utmost importance on the safe and timely delivery of all customer orders.

For domestic orders within India, free standard shipping may be offered on eligible orders at the discretion of Grantham. Typically, deliveries are completed within 3 to 7 business days through courier services, or within 1 to 2 weeks if shipped via registered postal services.

For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the total weight of the package and the delivery destination. Deliveries generally take between 5 and 10 business days, though this is subject to customs clearance procedures, courier delays, and other international transit regulations beyond the control of Grantham.

Products marked as “In Stock” are usually dispatched within 3 to 4 business days, while pre-booked items are shipped on or after the official release date. Once dispatched, customers are notified through email and/or SMS with order confirmation and tracking details, enabling them to monitor the shipment.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that accurate and complete delivery details are provided at the time of placing the order, and that someone is available to receive the package at the designated address. Grantham shall not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs incurred due to incorrect addresses, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept delivery.

Customers are responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges imposed by local or foreign governments. In cases of stock unavailability, logistical disruptions, natural calamities, or other force majeure events, Grantham reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel shipments without liability.
