Grantham’s eGift Cards are delivered via email and contain instructions on how to redeem them
immediately on the website.
Terms & Conditions for Grantham’s eGift Cards
i. An eGift Card is valid for a period of 6 or 12 months from its date of purchase, which is
clearly mentioned on the card and email.
ii. The eGift Card can be used multiple times until the total available balance is exhausted.
iii. This eGift Card shall be subject to applicable laws or any new law, rules, and/or
regulations as may be promulgated/imposed by the Government, RBI, or any other
statutory/regulatory authority.
iv. No returns and no refunds on eGift Cards purchased through any channels.
v. An eGift Card is redeemable for merchandise only at Grantham’s website.
vi. This eGift Card is redeemable only during its validity.
vii. An eGift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit, nor can it be exchanged for another
eGift Card.
viii. If the invoice value is greater than the eGift Card value, the customer can pay the
balance amount through Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, and Bank Transfer, as the case
may be.
ix. Grantham shall not be liable and/or responsible for any unauthorised and/or fraudulent
purchases made using an eGift Card.
x. The holder of this eGift Card shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the eGift
Card and the credentials mentioned on it. An eGift Card is a bearer instrument.
xi. For balance enquiry & expiry details, please add the eGift Card to your account/wallet
on the Grantham website. Alternatively, check the email sent with the details of the
eGift Card.
xii. Grantham reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at its discretion
without prior notice.
xiii. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Pune jurisdiction.
xiv. eGift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes delivery can be
delayed up to 24 - 48 hours.
For these Terms & Conditions, the term “Grantham” shall be used as an inclusive reference to
both the Grantham brand/website/platform as well as its parent company, Paresh Agencies.

How to Redeem your eGift Card.
1. eGift Cards can be used at the checkout page
2. Enter the eGift Card number and PIN, and click on redeem
3. If you have multiple eGift Cards, click on “redeem more than one eGift Card”. Add all the
eGift Cards by clicking “Add more.”
4. Then enter the amount you want to redeem and proceed to redeem the eGift Card.
